  Dr. Raj Reddy
     
 

A Turing award (highest honor in Computer Science, often considered on par with the Nobel Prize) winner and pioneer in the area of artificial intelligence, Raj is currently Mozah Bint Nasser University Professor at Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Computer Science, after having served as its Dean for a number of years.

   
     
  Dwight Dietrich  
     
 

Dwight is an accomplished technology entrepreneur in Pittsburgh, PA. Dwight has over 25 years of experience in building innovative, knowledge-based companies, focusing on product development and vertical-solutions deployment; as well as marketing, sales and operations. The early part of his career was dedicated to building innovative commercial real-time, streaming data management, analysis and control systems for factory automation, speech recognition and other data-intensive tasks.

Dwight spent much of the last decade building FORE Systems (now Ericsson), one of the original ATM networking market leaders. As one of the early core members of FORE Systems, he created, developed and finely-tuned FORE's marketing, sales, and business development processes growing the business from $5M in revenues to over $500M in 1997. He holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

 
     
  Dr. Ganesh Mani  
     
 

Ganesh is a financial services domain expert and an accomplished entrepreneur in the area of embedding high-value IP in various business processes. One of his prior start-ups was acquired by State Street Bank, thereby creating the nucleus of State Street Global’s Advanced Research Center, which was the knowledge-locus for managing institutional portfolios worth several tens of billions of dollars.

Ganesh has contributed to several other innovative start-ups including iCAD, which is now a NASDAQ-listed public company employing pattern recognition techniques for early cancer detection. Ganesh's work has been patented as well as featured in a Barron's cover story titled "New Brains on the Block" and in various academic journals; he has also spoken and organized panels at various international conferences. Ganesh was part of the Applied Security Analysis Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned an MBA in Finance and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence. He has a BTech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Ganesh is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), Pittsburgh chapter and was an early member of the Chicago Quantitative Alliance.
